About this Provider
Dr. German Zermeno completed a residency in Internal Medicine and a three-year fellowship in Gastroenterology in Mexico City before pursuing an additional residency in Family Medicine in southern California.
Dr. Zermeno had been practicing Family Medicine for over 24 years in Southern California when he decided to look into functional and alternative medicine. After many years in traditional practice he realized that he was not seeing the results he wanted for his patients. He was just treating symptoms using pharmaceuticals without addressing the underlying cause of the disease. Searching for a better way, he studied nutrition, detoxification, IV therapy, chelation therapy and hormone therapy.
Dr. Zermeno became a SottoPelle® trained physician and discovered a beautiful way to change people’s lives by using hormone replacement therapy with pellets. This is his favorite mode of therapy, obtaining fast and effective results!
He is proficient in ozone therapy, prolozone injections, PRP therapy/stem cell therapy, photodynamic therapy and energy medicine.
