Dr. Francis has had an extensive career in medicine. After his Internship, he served two years in the Army as an Army Aviation Officer. For his service, he was awarded the Bronze Star. He then took a Residency in and practiced Ear, Nose, Throat, Head and Neck Surgery for many years but also maintained a keen interest in health and fitness.

Upon attending a conference with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine he was so impressed with what is known in medicine but not being practiced he decided to take the fellowship and in four years became board certified in Anti-Aging and Restorative Medicine.
