About this Provider
Dr. Jones is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and has been in private practice with our practice since 1995. In addition to high and low risk obstetrics and general gynecology, she has a special interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery for benign conditions. She is a designated surgeon of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists Center of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology.
Using minimally invasive techniques, including the daVinci robotic Surgical System, Dr. Jones is able to perform total and supracervical hysterectomies, fertility sparing myomectomies, removal of ovaries and ovarian cysts, and surgery for chronic pelvic pain including endometriomas and endometriosis. Dr. Jones also offers SottoPelle bio-identical hormone replacement therapy to her patients with hormone imbalances.
Dr Jones is a lifelong local resident. She grew up in Leesburg, Florida in Lake County. She is married and the mother of two boys.
Dr. Jones earned her undergraduate and medical degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa. She fulfilled her residency at Arnold Palmer Hospital in Orlando, Florida.
