About this Provider

Dr. Rothen was born and raised in upstate South Carolina. She enjoys traveling and is fluent in German. She focuses her medical practice on general obstetrics and gynecology, including comprehensive obstetrical care, high risk obstetrical care, infertility evaluation, routine gynecology, and minimally invasive gynecology including laparoscopic and robotic surgery. Dr. Rothen also offers SottoPelle bio-identical hormone replacement therapy to her patients with hormone imbalances.

Dr. Rothen received her undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston and her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies in Orlando, Florida where she was honored with the “Carlan Resident of the Year Award”, the “Exemplary Physician Award” and a Resident Teaching Award.

Dr. Rothen joined our practice in 2013 and practices exclusively at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies and cares for patients at our Winter Park and Oviedo offices.
